We invite proposals for presentations, posters, and workshops that showcase your experiences, best practices, and research related to leveraging Open Educational Resources (OER) for ancillary educational resources, specifically test banks, assignments, and grading rubrics.

We encourage proposals that address one or more of the conference themes and share innovative solutions, strategies, and case studies. Presenters can choose to present individually or as part of a panel.

Proposals should include the following:

  • An abstract of no more than 300 words
  • A brief bio of the presenter(s)
  • Presentation format (presentation, poster, or workshop)
  • Audiovisual or technical requirements, if any

We welcome proposals from a diverse range of fields, including but not limited to education, instructional design, open education, and technology.

The deadline for proposal submission is to be decided. All proposals will be reviewed by our conference committee, and the selected presenters will be notified by a date to be decided.

Submit your proposal(s) via submission portal which you will receive by email once you fill out the form below. Join us to share your knowledge, connect with peers, and contribute to the advancement of the development of ancillary OERs.
